In 1974, the Lincoln Property Company (later known as Linpro) purchashed the 300 acre Robert's Farm for $5.5 million. Robert's Farm was a tract Evesham Township desired to purchase and preserve under the Green Acres program, however could not receive funding. Greentree Village is a Planned Unit Development consisting of residential areas, recreation facilities, commercial and office sites centerd around the intersection of Route 73 and Greentree Road. Construction began on the first sections of Greentree Village in 1977 and the development was completed in 1986.
